Work With Us
Are you located in Portland, Oregon or want to travel to see us in person for naturopathic medical care? Have you tried conventional medicine but haven’t found the answer?
From the moment you step into our office, you’ll notice that this isn’t a typical medical office. We start with a conversation about you and your health. We listen, and ask questions to connect the dots in your story. Together, we create a plan to treat the root cause of your symptoms and return to the vibrant health you crave.
We combine conventional and functional labs, imaging, and good old fashioned physical exam to diagnose your health issues. Then we develop a plan to solve them, which may include nutritional changes and supplementation, herbal medicine, homeopathy, and cutting edge treatments such as biotherapeutic drainage remedies from Europe.
In addition, naturopathic physical therapies such as Mayan Abdominal Therapy, Holistic Pelvic Care, and Craniosacral Therapy will be tailored to fit your specific health needs.

Why naturopathic medicine?
Naturopathic care focuses on treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Treating the symptoms of an illness is like popping a pill whenever you get a headache. The job of the medication is to stop the pain and it does. But then you get another headache a few days later. Why? Because something else is going on that your body is trying to alert you to.
Symptoms are warning signs that something is wrong and the longer they’re ignored, or swept under the rug with a pill, the stronger the underlying condition becomes. We’ll help you discover the underlying causes of your symptoms and work with you to heal your body.
Whether you’ve had a throbbing headache for months, your child has a sniffle, or you just want to know what’s going on in your body, naturopathic primary care can return your body to its natural, healthy rhythms.

Dr. Kirstin Wilson
I am a naturopathic doctor and certified Athletic Trainer. I found Naturopathic Medicine through my health journey. At 19, I became ill, and no doctor could figure out the cause of my complaints. I learned about botanical medicine, nutrition, and flower essences when I began working to heal my emotional, physical, and spiritual health. I found a love for natural medicine using these healing methods and learned to trust my intuition.
I have practiced as an athletic trainer since 2010 and have seen a profound impact of concussions on young athletes’ lives. I strive to be trauma-informed and meet patients where they are in their physical and emotional healing journey. I have a passion for brain injury-specific care, neurology, and supporting people’s emotional wellness journeys. I strive to use compassion and kindness to guide patients back to wellness every step of the way. I help patients through Holistic Neurology & Brain Injury Care, Hypermobility Syndromes, Craniosacral, and more.
Education & Experience
I received her Naturopathic Medicine Doctorate from the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM). At NUNM, I did additional training in osteopathic medicine, including cranial sacral, myofascial release, osteopathic manipulations, integrative visceral techniques, functional neurology, environmental medicine, and shamanic practices.
In gastrointestinal disorders, I spent six months studying with Dr. Marcus Cornwall, DO in osteopathic medicine, and Dr. Steven Sandberg-Lewis, ND. My clinical interests include orthopedic conditions, neurological disorders including brain injuries, autoimmune conditions, mold illness, and mental health disorders.
As a patient, you can expect me to take the time to listen to your whole story. I often approach patient care through the help of gentle bodywork techniques, nutritional supports, herbs, homeopathy, and lifestyle counseling. I strive to create and maintain a safe space for healing and am a strong advocate for neurodiversity.
Dr. Courtney Coile
As a naturopathic doctor, I strive to guide individuals to tap into the powerful wisdom of their innate healer. I was lead to naturopathic medicine through my own health struggles, being diagnosed with a chronic condition at age 21 and left feeling helpless by the conventional medical model. I sought out novel ways to address my condition with much success. However, even though my physical ailments weren’t as chronic anymore, I still experienced many flares that disrupted my life. Over time, I recognized a pattern. My flares would come when I stopped listening. I could take all the supplements and eat all the plants, but the second my spirit was broken or my soul was depleted and I didn’t listen, I would flare.
I have found it is so important to connect mind, body and spirit as a first step in cultivating true wellness. Of course this can take a great deal of time and I am more than willing to meet you where you are at with the utmost compassion. I am committed to listening to you and aim for a truly holistic approach to balance all systems of the body. I will be your biggest cheerleader and the most diligent detective in your health journey.
Education & Experience
I received my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine from the National University of Natural Medicine in Portland, Oregon. I obtained my Bachelor of Health Science degree from Georgia College and State University with a focus in community health and nutrition. I am a certified health coach and worked in functional and integrative medicine for several years before moving to Portland for my degree. When I’m not practicing my passion, you may find me hiking with my white German shepherd, Shadow, dancing to old records in my living room, or relaxing by a body of water.
