We do bill insurance and are in-network for the following companies (please check your specific network to verify that the doctor you would like to see is covered under your plan):

We are unable to bill (and require payment at time of service) for:
- HealthNet – all other providers
- Kaiser – all other providers
- Most Medicare Plans
- United Healthcare / UMR – all other providers
